Meh Jabeen – the fusion of tradition and contemporary

Hasta Architectsbelieve in the supremacy of the luxury a home offers to those who belong there and to offer you the very same is our prime goal.

The villa “Meh Jabeen”, our most cherished project, is constructed in an Avant Garde style to appease both our client and his guests.. We had the responsibility to fulfil our client’s vision of his dream home, which undoubtedly is the starting point of various of his new beginnings. To bring out an artistic view of the villa, we had to meticulously plan the aesthetics to be used and executed it with effect so that every brick would speak the greatness of his vision and our precise establishment of his dream. The aim of the plan was to make this opulent structure an epitome of comfort and a shell of privacy. We take pride in designing an environment friendly project.

Our client was very specific in his needs. He wanted a duplex house which had a good ventilation and lighting along with:

  • A two-floor structure (ground and first)
  • A portico
  • Double height living room
  • Car parking
  • Four bedrooms
  • Four bathrooms
  • Prayer hall
  • Open kitchen and dining hall
  • Family lounge
  • Children study room
  • Balcony
  • Terrace headroom

The luxurious statement

The house was designed using an angular concept to give a unique look to the plan. Since the site is a corner plot facing north and east, the open spaces on the western and southern side will bring in heat. So, we have tried to reduce from the southern and western walls through elevation.

In this project, we have given utmost importance to conserve the natural elements in the surrounding. Rainwater harvesting provision is given. The filters are installed and the pipes are diverted to a separate sump tank. Solar water heater of 400LPD has been installed. UPVC windows are used in the whole project to reduce the usage of wood and provide better insulation from cold and heat. The site location was analysed in a detailed fashion in order to aid a good cross ventilation.

Lighting was also a key factor which was looked into diligently. The windows and cutouts were designed on such a fashion that they would provide both privacy and lighting.

The entrance gate is put together with a HPL sheet and an expandable mesh. The car park is at the very entrance. The main door is designed with a sleek SS handle and metal beading to complement the home’s contemporary style.

The house was modelled into zones – public, private, and semi-private. The dining, landscape, powder room, stair case, family lounge and balcony come under the semi-private zone while the prayer room and bedrooms come under the private zone. The prayer room had to be placed in such a way that it was not visible from the semi-private zones. The prayer room was crafted with a pergola design.

The living room was given a double height area. The false ceiling here is highlighted with a wooden band which compliment’s the interiors.

The lobby and living room were designed has to have easy access and have enough space to accommodate 8 to 10 guests. The common toilet was positioned in such a way to have easy access from the guest bedroom as well as the dining and living rooms.

The open modular kitchen was positioned such that it had access from both the dining as well as the utility area.

The landscape area was placed such that it would provide a transition space between dining and the prayer room. As the landscape was road facing, we had to provide cutouts in the compound wall to ensure the privacy of owners. The landscape was also adorned with a sit out and pergola design.

The plan was designed such that there were 2 bedrooms with 1 attached toilet and a common toilet in the ground floor, 2 bedrooms with attached toilet, family lounge, children study room and a balcony in first floor.

The position of the wardrobes and toilets in the bedrooms was designed in such a way to cut off the heat from the southern wall as there was no building on the southern side of the site. All the bedrooms were positioned in such a way that they would have cross ventilation and the windows were placed accordingly to maximise it.

The teak wood used for stair covering was from old beams which was removed from the demolished old godown.

All in all, Noor, our prized project is our statement of opulence. This is our motto. We at Hasta Architects strive to achieve a statement for the house owners designing and defining their lifestyle.

Bhuvi – Contemporary Home For A Serene & Sophisticated Lifestyle

It is human tendency to make perceptions about anything based on the first impression. And when it comes to “Home Sweet Home”, it’s not just about creating a good first impression, but a long lasting one.

A home is the most explicit reflection of a homeowner, as a person, his behavioural personality, and the kind of lifestyle he prefers. And that’s why, at Hasta Architects, we believe that your home is directly an impression created on your guests about you.

Bhuvi – Elegant New Beginnings

Bhuvi is one of our most cherished projects, aesthetically planned and meticulously optimized. Our client was curiously waiting for new beginnings at his dream house and we wanted every brick and mortar to reflect the novelty of his thoughts, our great planning, and precise execution.

The client wanted a contemporary designed house that could combine contextuality and functionality in the structure and could promote comfort, privacy, and connection to nature, at the same time. His idea of dream house was to have private yet self-sufficient design, spread across different spaces inside the house, including:

  • Living room
  • Open kitchen and dining, separated from living room
  • Office room
  • Parents room
  • Kids room
  • Pooja room at the ground floor
  • 2 Master Bedrooms with Spa toilets
  • Home Theatre
  • Open terrace garden
  • UPS room

When Convenience, Style & Luxury Was Put Together

Lavish interiors and trending decor styles together make the luxury homes distinct and that’s how our client and we wanted “Bhuvi” to be. The living room was intricately designed with a double height space and skylight as the highlight. The stone cladding wall mural on the Pooja wall, MS fabricated staircase with wood tops and vertical garden near the dining and the living, makes the interiors look surreal. The pooja room was brilliantly designed in a way to distribute the space between the living and the dining without interrupting the flow pattern.

Every room in this house enjoys a layout that maximizes space and minimizes wastage, along with keeping luxury at the top of the list. The large spacious bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes and spacious attached toilets; spa with a waterfall bathtub along with steam unit and shower area and hydraulic elevator prioritizes convenience over everything and yet maintains the fine balance between style and substance.

The beautiful terrace garden with drip irrigation facility and tensile fabric roof along the seating area gives the exterior a curb appeal, keeping in mind that whether you’ve been working from home or relaxing by the terrace garden after a hard day, Bhuvi will fulfil all your dreams for the new beginnings.

At Hasta Architects, we continue to push the envelope and reimagine how we can live by using innovative designs with simple aesthetics and a touch of luxury, promoting your serene and sophisticated lifestyle.

Elevation

The Epitome of Luxury

A wise man once said, “Home, the spot of Earth supremely blest, A dearer, sweeter spot than all the rest.”

For all men on land, their home is their safe heaven. It is that place where they are at their utmost comfort and most importantly, they are themselves. It also acts as a mirror of their personality, perception, and the lifestyle they are adapted to. It speaks volumes about a person’s likes and dislikes, and their aesthetic sensibility.

A home creates a stroke of impressionin the minds of the visitors and it will remain an everlasting one.

In short, home is the canvas in which a man paints his life.

We here at Hasta Architects, believe in the supremacy of the luxury a home offers to those who belong there and to offer you the very same is our prime goal.

Sri Dodda Basaveshwara Nilaya – A Statement of Opulence and Sophistication.

Sri Dodda Basaveshwara Nilayais residential villa constructed for our client Mr. Nagaraj. It is one of our most cherished and prized projects. We had the responsibility to fulfil our client’s vision of his dream home, which undoubtedly is the starting point of various of his new beginnings. To bring out an artisticviewof the villa, we had to meticulously plan the aesthetics to be used and executed it with effect so that every brick would speak the greatness of his vision and our precise establishment of his dream.

The villa is constructed in a contemporary designto ensure comfort and privacy. We also made sure to fuse the elements of nature within the structure of the villa and took efforts to produce an environment-friendly project. The client wanted an elevated, grand deluxe villa with:

  • A two-floored structure (ground and first)
  • Front foyer and outside passage
  • A tensile structure for the car parking area
  • A luxurious living room
  • A pooja room
  • Kitchen
  • Dining hall
  • Double height view of living area inboth floors
  • Family lounge in the first floor
  • A home theatre
  • 4 bedrooms
  • 5 bathrooms

The fusion of comfort, style and opulence

The villa was constructed with the idea of appreciating the environment around. The electricity for the house comes from the 6kw solar panels installed in the terrace. All led lights with smart automation are used throughout the house to reduce power consumption. The plan gave a lot of importance to the “green concept”, that is, usage of lighting and ventilation in the house by installing a large number of windows. This also increased the overall elevation of the villa.

The house was constructed in an elevated manner and lights are used to give it a night view too. The intricate main gate design, the exterior stone cladding with white metal mural and the car park in a tensile structure adds to the majesticity of the villa. The front foyer and the exterior landscapes are also adorned with led lightings. A landscape highlight wall along with a stone cladded wall paired with a pebble floor completes the exterior outlook of the house.

The double height roof is one of the main features of the plan. It is supported by a 6-inch channel section used as a box section with concrete filled in it. This would give an airy feeling as the centre gap between the wall and roof is provided with laminated heat resistance glass. This helps in the flow of ample light into the living room without any heat. It is also used as an elevation element.

The interior of the villa is a statement of luxury and opulence. The first attraction is the main door which is furnished with a fancy handle. The living room is constructed with fancy lights and metal murals to add to the richness of the construction. A TV partition with a glass column adds to the beauty of the living room.

Unlike the modern constructions, there is a separate kitchen and dining area which are adorned with subtle interiors and pop designs.

Skylights are usually used to increase the lighting in the particular areas. In this project, Pooja Room which is built in a classic style in particular has been highlighted by giving a skylight to its ceiling.

Coming to the design of the staircase, it is ametal semi spiral staircase covered with teak and veneer to give the earthy feel. There is also a skylight above the staircase and it is covered with pop designs making it look amusing.

The first floor which has a family lounge is also designed with fancy lights and pop designs. There is also a home theatre with a cosy wall to create the needed atmosphere and there are also some attractive ceiling designs.

The bedrooms are constructed in a spacious manner with a walking closet.

All in all, Sri Dodda Basaveshwara Nilayawas created as a declaration of sophistication, serenity and aesthetics. This is our motto. We at Hasta Architects strive to achieve a statement for the house owners designing and defining their lifestyle.

Renuka – a Testament of Grandeur

For all of mankind, home is the first paradise – a canvas in which man paints his life. It is an exhibit of their personality, perception, and aesthetic sensibility. It creates a stroke of impression on the minds of the visitors and it will be an everlasting one.

This is our commitment. We here at Hasta Architects expertise in offering you a paradise on Earth. Our proficiency lies in constructing luxuries homes at the will of our customers by fusing all the contemporary developments and creations to give them the best output.

Such a best output of ours is Renuka. We consider itas our statement of opulence as a lot of thought and effort was put into this plan. The villa is constructed in a modernoutlook to make it a touchstone for our client’s lifestyle. We had the responsibility to fulfil our client’s vision of his dream home, which undoubtedly is the starting point of various of his new beginnings. The basic idea of our plan was to make this building a shell of comfort and privacy for our client. We have also taken great efforts to fuse the elements of nature we find in abundance to add to the aesthetics of the house. We made it a point to create an aesthetic structure which will show the finesse and precision of our establishment as well as elevate the status of our customer by designing a classy villa.

Our client knew what he wanted. So, it was easy for us to deliver the same. He wanted a very cosy residential villa with:

  • An elevated structure
  • Two floored plan (ground and first)
  • Entrance landscape
  • Gym
  • Spa
  • Exterior staircase
  • Garden
  • Parking space
  • Four bedrooms
  • Four bathrooms

Extreme care was taken in selecting the material and application of the same during the construction of the design with no compromise on the construction methods or the finishing of the building.

The plan divided the house into three zones – Public, Semi-private, and Private.

The public zone consists of the landscape, lobby, and the living room.

The entrance gate was designed with a HPL sheet and CNC cutting. The exterior also has a wall cladding and CNC mural which adds to the elevation. The main door is designed with a sleek SS metal handle.

The client was very keen on having a well-designed lawn and plantation in the landscape. We are very grateful for the help of landscape designer Sharmili who designed a circular concept. Plants were carefully chosen to survive the extreme heat of Bellary as well as provide good flowers during the rains and winters. The area next to car park was used to plant the flowering plants which would be used for daily pooja and kitchen garden for vegetables.

Provision for a day time parking shelter was given by designing an overhand metal structure with pipe support from the roof beam which was then anchored at the lintel level.

To avoid stone cladding for the inner side of the lobby, we proposed a combination of 600mmX1200mm rustic tiles with a combination of 600mmx12mm glass beading and 600mmx12mm profile light. The tile pattern was marked out on the wall and the position of lights was fixed and wiring was done accordingly. The chokes used to run the lights were placed in the false ceiling for easy maintenance.

Access to the gym had to be given from exterior as it would be used by him and his friends.

The living area is highlighted with a marble cladding and glass partition. A Krishna statue is placed in the centre of the living room as a point of attraction for anyone who enters the house. A white marble back with engraving and Gold was proposed to enhance the statue. The circular lights provided the perfect ambient lighting to enhance the statue.

The kitchen is designed as a modular kitchen.

The pooja room is constructed with an onyx design and a glass door.

The dining area constitutes the semi-private zone. The dining hall was placed such that it was the centre of the house and it provided access and privacy to the bedrooms. It was designed with a wooden and glass false ceiling which adds to the royal look of the house and it also has a partition.

The private zone consists of the bedrooms and the bathrooms. The common toilet was placed such that it would serve as a toilet to guest bedroom as well as have easy access from living and dining room.

The four bedrooms are designed with an attached bathroom and a TV unit. There is also a separate dressing unit given.

We have provided with heat reflective white colour tiles for the open terrace of the first floor to keep the temperature of the ground floor low. A separate ring was place next to the sump and the rain water down take pipes on the norther portion was connected to it with a ready-made filter. The water collected from this would be used for the garden and floor cleaning of the exterior. This tank would be used for additional storage capacity in summers, when the water supply also would be scarce.

Different elements were used in a unique way to enhance the look and feel of the building – be it the use of rustic tiles in the elevation with the combination of glass beading and profile lights, the reuse of left out marble from pooja room with combination of brass for the exterior of pooja room, the selection and placement of fancy lights to enhance the look and feel of the residence.

All in all, Renuka was our take on comfort fused with grandeur.

This is our motto. We at Hasta Architects strive to achieve whatever we commit to our customers – to provide them with a cosy style statement.
